A vegetable garden for The River Café restaurant, Hammersmith. I worked on this garden for two years – developing it with the hugely inspiring Rose Gray. Many varieties of salads, herbs, beans, tomatoes and edible flowers were grown to be used by the kitchen and to create an attractive outdoor dining area. This was a challenging site to grow veg in such an exposed position next to the Thames. Although one year, against the odds, we had a great harvest of aubergine!
